with how the industry works or why training would be so beneficial for them.

Different jobs require different types of models - some more commercial, others
more editorial, sometimes people with acting skills are wanted.

It is important, that we can establish early on in which direction the talent would
like to go and where the biggest success can be achieved.
 
Modelling requirements are many more than expected. Often, the skills needed won’t come naturally to most and require direction, training and effort.

Models are required to connect to their emotions and convey them in the job. Therefore, a strong mind-body connection is essential. Often, it can take time for models to truly get in touch with themselves, so patience and persistence are key to success.

Regardless, if you are a freelance model, signed with an agency, or doing it independent of representation, the overall induction and hire process is always the same. In general, in order to get a good start to your career as a model, it's required to: Identify your type, learn how to pose and express diversity, learn how to walk on a stage and last but not least acquire high-quality tests shoot photographs.

After these essential steps, you can start working with more confidence, prepared for any kind of model work.
 
If we look back in the history of successful models each one can attest to having received some sort of formal training and support.

Suzana has been in the business for 2 decades and attended a model school at the age of 14. She has appeared in many print campaigns, magazines and advertisements. Her first paid job was in 1997 where she was booked for the german Teen Magazine Bravo Girl, after which many other magazines and clients followed: Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Freundin, Focus, Votre Beauté, Philipp Plein, Triumph, Huber Tricot, Sport Scheck, Coca Cola, O2, Toyota, Suzuki, Mercedes Benz, Sunflair and De Beers. She has been represented by Elite Models Milan, Boss Models NY and Cape Town, Munich Models among many other prestige agencies around the world.

Mariya is an international model, represented by some of the best modelling agencies around the world with wide-ranging experience throughout various fashion categories. Appearing on many print campaigns and multiple covers of famous fashion magazines, Mariya has a deep knowledge and expertise in editorial shoots and print campaigns. Some names include Amica, Harpers Bazaar, Glamour, W Magazine, Deichmann, Aperol, Joop and many more.
Furthermore, she has experience on the other side of the camera, working closely with famous photographers and art directors for the creation of many diverse fashion campaigns. So she knows what is expected from a model also from the client's point of view.
